MIRA (Mekong Irrawaddy Rural Development and Agriculture Consulting Firm) was established in 2015. Since 2015, during these three years, MIRA has completed One project impact evaluation mission, One Project social safeguard monitoring jobs. At present MIRA is the Project Implementation Consultant for ADB GMS EWEC Towns Project in Savannakhet Province of Laos. MIRA through its core consultants, has intensive experiences in Project Management, Project Implementation, Infrastructure works supervision, Agricultural development, Environmental safeguard, Social safeguard, Agro biodiversity  protection and conservation for 30 years in the region.
